I'm sure you have heard of this new virus everyone is afraid of. It is called

COVID-19, and it is infecting a lot of people!

全球有很多人被COVID-19新冠病毒感染。

Anyone can catch this virus. But there is something we can all do to protect

ourselves. 但我們可以做保護自己的動作

Wash your hands! 洗手!

Do you know how to wash your hands properly? (SFX: tap) You can't just put

water on your hands! That is not washing your hands properly.

If you want to kill this virus, you need to learn how to really wash your

hands. 你要確實把手洗乾淨，不能只是沖水! 。

Number one: Use clean water and soap, and get your hands soapy … I mean

really soapy! Not just a little! A lot. 用肥皂洗手.....不是一點點，要很多。

Number two: Rub, rub, rub, rub, rub! 搓搓搓! You should rub your hands

together for a long time. How long? Well, you can sing "Happy Birthday"

twice, then rub your hands with soap for as long as you're singing.

要洗多久？唱兩次生日快樂。Don't forget the backs of your hands, between your

fingers, and under your nails too!

Number three: Rinse all the soap off your hands with clean water.

Number four: Dry your hands with a clean towel or hand dryer.
