My role as “Employment readiness” means being able to find (without external help), keep an appropriate job and being able to manage the changes in a new job. Employment readiness is based on three interrelated goals. Several factors affect employment readiness. Employability factors include career decision making, skill enhancement, job search, ongoing career management. Soft skills include self-efficacy, outcome expectancy, social supports, work history, Job maintenance and challenges like personal challenges, environmental challenges, systematic challenges can be faced.
