Craft, Yarn and Laugh - suspended

Craft, Yarn and Laugh is a craft and social group for all. Experience or talent not necessary - just drop in for a chat. The group have worked on private projects as well as hangings for the church. Refreshments are served. Thursday mornings from 10:00 am - all welcome.

Food Bank -continuing on Wed only

Bordon Food Bank provides temporary help for individuals and families in the Bordon, Whitehill, Headley and Lindford area who are in need. It is open on Wednesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 operating from the back of the unit in the Forest Centre. Contact the food bank directly on their facebook page, please avoid just turning up. There are also up to date lists of items needed by the foodbank.

Space to Be - suspended

Space to Be is an evening for women living with health issues or family challenges and includes complimentary massage by a qualified masseuse, craft, nibbles, talk and the opportunity to be quiet and to listen to music. Held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 7:30pm. There is now a daytime session on the 4th Monday of every month between 10am - 12pm

Noah's Ark - suspended

A Parent/Carer and Toddler group which meets every Tuesday in term time at 9:30 am to 11:00 am for fun activities. Children aged up to five years old.

Saturday Prayer Time - suspended

A new prayer initiative. From Saturday 7th March, there will be the opportunity to pray for St Mark's, the town and many other issues at 9:30 am. Do come along and then sample the coffee morning delights at 10:00 am!

VE Day - 75th Anniversary - suspended

Bordon & Whitehill have various events planned so that we can all remember the enormous sacrifices that were made at home and abroad and to joyously celebrate as people did 75 years ago, the arrival of peace in Europe. St Mark's is involved as follows:

  • Friday 8th May 2020 at 2:40pm - Service in Bordon events space, outside the church, which Deborah is leading.
  • Saturday 9th May 2020 from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm - VE themed coffee morning with traditional fare.
  • Sunday 10th May 2020 at 10:00 am - Service in St Mark's Church

Michael is organising a community art installation, making thousands of origami white doves symbolising peace. These will be displayed in St Mark's Church

Housegroups - suspended

There are 2 housegroups that meet regularly for bible study, prayer and fellowship. One meets on first and third Mondays of each month at 7:30pm and the other meets on first and third Tuesdays at 8:00pm.
