元宵节是华族传统节日，每年的农历正月十五，为农历新年的第一个月圆，象征着春天的到来。华人传统会吃元宵、赏花灯、猜灯谜，以示祝贺。这是传统新春定义的最后一天，亦是春节假期之后的第一个重要节日。在古代，青年男女外出赏灯并趁机结识、相会，所以元宵节也有“中国情人节”的别称。

今年，我们诚邀大家在新科技中学赏花灯，猜灯谜！为了让大家都可以欢乐参与，我们给大家提供了以下的英文解说！

What to expect:

1. Loads of fun guessing the riddles!

2. Once you have the answer, you may scan the QR code pasted at the side of our lantern riddle station and answer the questions. 

3. You can only submit one answer for each riddle.

4. 1 house point will be awarded to each participant! 

5. The first 20 students who sent in the fastest entries with the most accurate answer for each riddle will walk away with prizes! Oh, by the way, the teachers don't get this.
