tap_pass.mov成功拍卡時，卡機右上的LED會由綠色轉為紅色半秒，並且有一下聲音提示。
卡機回應有時會比較慢，但如果LED有轉為紅色一次，你就不需要再次拍卡。
When you tap your student card successfully, the machine's green LED will turn to red for half second with a beep.
Sometimes the machine may response slowly, if the LED would turn red once, you will no need to tap the card again.
tap_fail1.mov拍卡失敗時LED則會快速閃動綠色3次以及有聲音提示。
拍卡失敗的常見原因有二：
1. 卡片未登記
2. 你在不多於10分鐘前已經拍過卡
拍卡失敗意味著無法記錄你的抵達或離開的時間到eClass上，如多次嘗試拍卡都失敗，又或是使用曾經報失的卡片的話，請前往校務處告知狀況。
On an unsuccessful card tapping, the green LED will flash 3 times quickly with beeps.
The most common reasons on an unsccessful attempt:
1. Your card has not been registered
2. You have tapped your student card no more than 10 minutes ago
A tapping failure means the system would not be able to record your attendance to eClass. If you have tried many times with no luck, or you are using a card which has been reported a lost, please go to the general office and report this to a staff or teacher.
如果在拍卡後卡機沒有任何回應，請確認：
1. 你是否正在使用正確的卡
2. 學生證是否在你要拍卡的證件套或錢包內
3. 學生證是否與多張其他卡片放置一起，如是請取出學生證再試
4. 卡機有沒有燈號
如看到卡機沒有燈號，請嘗試其他卡機，並向校務處回報，回報時請指出有問題的卡機位置。
If the machine does not response after you tap the card, please check:
1. Are you tapping the machine with a correct card?
2. Is your student card in the card holder or wallet you are tapping?
3. Is your student card placed together with other cards in the wallet? Take the card out and try again.
4. Can you see the green LED light on the machine?
If you see no light on the machine, please try another machine and report this issue to the general office.

For your data security and to prevent your works being plagiarized, you are recommended to login with your domain account instead of the public local account to save documents, which is also used in your Computer Litercy or ICT lessons. Please remember to logout when finished using.

先檢查HDMI配接器是否已經開機而且看到燈號。
按下按鈕B以變更輸出，螢幕應該會在幾秒後顯示選取的畫面，你可以參看桌上張貼的說明。如使用電腦，電腦閒置太久的話也會沒有畫面，請按一下鍵盤或滑鼠以喚醒。
最後按一下畫面下方的電源按鈕以確認螢幕是否已經開著。
如果使用的地點沒有安裝HDMI配接器，就只需確認螢幕是否有開著。
都確認設定後螢幕仍沒有任何畫面，請告知老師。
First check whether the HDMI switch has been turned on with lights.
Press the button at Output B to change the source, and the screen may show something after few seconds. You may refer to the guide in front of the switch.
The computer may turn off the display when idle for long time. Press a key on the keyboard or mouse to wake up the machine. If not, press the power button under the screen once.
For locations having no HDMI switch, you just need to confirm whether the monitor is on.
If you have tried everything but still no display, please tell to your class teacher.

This is the cable cord which delivers power to a computer or monitor. One of its ends is the standard BS1363 plug while the other end connects to the power supply unit of the computer or monitor.

俗稱「LAN線」。內有4組絞線，兩邊都有8個針腳。較舊的網絡線則只有2組絞線而且只用其中4個針腳（第1、2、3和6針）。

A typical ethernet cable has 4 twisted pairs inside, with all 8 pins used in the connector at both ends. Older cables may have only 2 twisted pairs and 4 pins used in the connectors (pins 1, 2, 3 and 6).
The clip at the back of the plug helps to secure the connection. Do not use if it is broken.

The shape of an HDMI plug is parallelogram-like and there are 19 pins in it.

DisplayPort插頭外型是一個缺角的長方形，內有20個針腳。插頭身有一個按壓按鈕，按鈕上有一個三角形，當你把它插入DP接口後會鎖定，需要先按著這個按鈕才可以將插頭拔出。
The DisplayPort plug is looked like a rectangle with a missing corner, and there are 20 pins in it.
There is a button with a triangle on the plug. The plug is secured when plugging it into a DP port because of the locking pins. To unplug it, press the button and pull.

VGA
VGA的插頭內有15個針腳，上面有兩個手轉的螺絲，當你把它插入到VGA接口後，你需要把這兩個螺絲扭上以固定它，否則它有可能會因為未固定好而導致畫面不清或缺少某些顏色的問題。
There are 15 pins in a VGA plug, with two screws on it. When you plug it into a VGA port, you need to secure it by turning these two screws in clockwise, otherwise the screen might have distortion or lossing colors due to a bad connection.
