Special Education Evaluation Managers

We are part of the Special Education evaluation team when a child is referred or reevaluated for Special Education services. Our office is based out of the Central Education Center, but we travel to all of the buildings in the district.

Lynae Solberg

I have been a teacher in the Stewartville School District for over 20 years. Before becoming an evaluation manager I was a Special Education teacher in the areas of Emotional Behavioral Disorder and Specific Learning Disabilities at Bonner Elementary. I now am part of the district evaluation team for the special education department.

Bonnie Schmitz

I have been working in the field of Special Education for over 25 years. I have worked in Texas, Illinois, Massachusetts and Ireland. Most recently, I taught students with Developmental Cognitive Delay (DCD) at the Stewartville High School.
