How to fill out Forms in Parent Portal
1. Click on the link below to go to PowerSchool Parent Portal, and sign in with your credentials.

NOTE: If Parent/Guardian already has an account, but they forgot their username or password, then have them click on "Forgot Username or Password?" and follow the steps to reset their password.

3. Parent/Guardian should be able to see all forms on this page. Click on "Federal Impact Survey" to fill out the form.

4. Parent/Guardian must fill out the Federal Impact Survey form here. Click on submit at the bottom of the page when done. PARENT/GUARDIAN CAN ONLY SUBMIT ONCE.
