No Touch Function

First try clicking one of the 3 left colored buttons (red, yellow or green) and see if the touch lock/unlock window pops up. If you still cannot get touch, turn the TV off using the button on the side or the remote. Then either click "OK" or wait the timer out. Then if you look by where the power cord is, there should be a master power switch. Turn this off, wait 15 seconds or longer, and then turn it back on completely. You may have to click one of the colored buttons again.
