Greetings for the Day!!!

I take this opportunity to introduce myself. I, Dr. A. K. Neeraja Rani, Working as Associate Professor & Head in the Department of MBA in Santhriam Engineering College, Nandyal. I completed my B,Sc., (MPE) from SK Unitersity in the year 2001, B.Ed., from SKU in the year 2002, MBA(HR) from JNTUH in the year 2008, and Ph.D from from Rayalaseema University in the year 2018. I worked as a teacher for higher grade during 2004-2006. After completion of my MBA, I joined as an Asst Prof in Santhiram Engineering College. I have near about 14 years of teaching experience. In the year 2019 I received Uttam Acharya Award from INDIAN SERVERS., Vijayawada, A.P.
