SRCS Online Summer School

June 15 - July 16, 2020

Online Summer School ended on July 16, 2020

Please contact your student's home school, after August 1st to ask about other options to recover credits during the upcoming school year.

Dear Students and Families,

The five-week SRCS Online Summer School program has concluded as of July 16, 2020. Thank you to all of our teachers, staff, and students for their hard work this summer.

Incomplete Cyber High Classes

Students who have not completed their Cyber High course by July 16, 2020, can continue to complete work in Cyber High on their own for the remainder of the summer by going into their Cyber High account. Once school begins in August, students should work with their Home School to finish the Cyber High class.

Cyber High Grades & Credits

Information about student's grades for Cyber High classes completed will be sent to their Home School by August 1. Please do not attempt to contact your Home School before August 1, 2020, as they will not have the information regarding your student's Cyber High work in Online Summer School until then.

Math Enrichment

Students in the Math Enrichment Program for grades 7-9 are now complete and have no further work to do in Acellus. An indication that students completed the Math Enrichment Program will be sent to their Home School by August 1 and will appear on their student transcript.

The Online Summer School Office will be closed as of July 16, 2020. Please refer any questions you have about grades or the completion of an incomplete Cyber High course to your Home School after August 1.

Non-Grad Seniors - Contact Us

If you are a non-graduated senior who needs to complete credits in Cyber High please email the SRCS Online Summer School Counselor, Eleane Becerra Chavez (ebecerrachavez@srcs.k12.ca.us) as soon as possible to discuss and continue your credit recovery options.

You must complete all of the incomplete credits you need to graduate before July 31, 2020, in order to be considered a graduate of the class of 2020. After July 31st your non-graduate status for this school year becomes permanent and you will have to explore options for being a 5th-year senior.
