For those who completed the pre-check-in process via the link and completed the payment：
When you log into the pre-check-in link again on check-in day, the room number and room key code will be shown on the screen. Make sure to take a screenshot to save the information.
*If you forgot your log-in credentials: Scan the QR code and find your reservation with your reservation code.No need to make a video call. Please enter the room.
For those not completed the pre-check-in：
Read the QR code for check-in at the lobby. You can either search your reservation by inputting the reservation code or choose "other" or "new reservation" etc. to submit your information.
＊If your payment has been completed, the room number and room key code will be shown on the screen. This means your check-in process is done. You will not be asked to make a video call to us.In case you are asked to make a video call, please do so via tablet.
The operator will check your information as well as the payment status during the video call.
Once the operator processed your check-in, you will be asked to tap on the "refresh" button on your smartphone screen.
The room number and room key code will be shown on the screen.
Make sure to take a screenshot to save the information.

If it gives an error, no need to try anymore. You can just leave by the check-out time.
Scan the Check-Out QR code pasted onto your room door to notify your check-out.

Turn off all the lights and make sure you have not forgotten any personal belongings.
The doors lock automatically. Please make sure door is closed securely when you leave.
※For the late check-out with a fee, ask our operator for availability.
※Be sure to be punctual when check out. We do not keep guest's luggage after your check-out.
※ After check out, [PIN code numbers (Room Door)] will be erased. Therefore, be careful not to forget your belongings inside the room.
