Chorus

"Those who wish to sing, always find a song." --Swedish proverb

Attention all 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade Chorus members!! This year , the Music Department is piloting a Chorus Lesson Program!! You will have the opportunity to be given vocal training on technique, breath support, note reading, and ear training!! There will even be opportunities to learn tips and tricks for singing in small groups and as a soloist!! Like the Band Lesson program already in place, the lessons will meet once a week for 30 minutes on a rotating basis*, outside of the Chorus class and FLEX meeting times. The lesson will take place on either a Tuesday or a Thursday, and will be a pull-out. (Due to it being a pilot year, it is on a volunteer basis--and it will not factor into the Chorus grade.)

*Students already enrolled in the Band Lesson program will have their lesson on Mondays (7th/8th) or Fridays (6th) during FLEX--every other week.
