Springs is committed to investing in the future of our staff by lightening the financial burden and creating a viable route to "grow our own" teachers who will model the Springs Way of individualized learning. Teacher Residents will receive up to $20,000 toward the cost of obtaining their credential. Combined with the Golden State and TEACH grants, the cost of the program is little to nothing!

By providing support along the way and modeling the "Teaching the Springs Way" program, our mentors provide a positive environment for resident practice and growth.
