Learning Menus, Choice Boards, Tic-Tac-Toe Boards.  These are all names for an activity that allows for differentiation, student choice, and engagement in learning.  Learning Activity Menus allow for student flexibility in how they will learn and master content.  Learning Activity Menus outline a variety of instructional options targeted toward important learning goals and students are able to select choices which most appeal to them.
