The Pink Slip
Should pupils have an unavoidable appointment during school hours, kindly notify the school using the Edana App. Click here for the link to the Parent Portal.
Parents are requested to report to the Senior School office and collect their daughter, along with the pink permission/security slip and hand in to the Security Guard on duty on the way out at the Convent Road gate.
No pupil may leave the premises during school hours without this permission/security slip.

Academic
Online Parent-Teacher Meetings
Online parent-teacher meetings for Grade 8 and 12 parents and pupils will be held early this term on 15 and 20 April. This is an opportunity for parents to meet their children’s teachers and to gather more feedback on their academic performance during the first term.
Similar meetings will be held for the Grade 9, 10 and 11 parents and pupils at the start of the third term.

GREAT NEWS!!! WE CAN PLAY INTER-SCHOOL SPORTS MATCHES!!!!
THESE ARE EXCITING TIMES! WE CAN NOW PLAY INTER-SCHOOL SPORT!!
We are waiting for league fixtures and are organising friendly matches. We are required to adhere to very strict Covid-19 Protocols. These specify that NO SPECTATORS are allowed. We ask all parents to adhere to this Protocol and ensure that if you are dropping your daughter off at school, you leave the school and do not wait in the parking lot and please please please do not walk up to the sports venues to watch your daughter play. Our Covid Officers are hard at work ensuring that we meet all the Protocols and having to ask parents to leave the area takes time from ensuring that the players are protected in addition to being a rather unpleasant task.

The Senior Computer Centre will be open on Monday to Thursday until 16h30 and on Friday until 15h30.
The Library will be open daily from Monday to Thursday until 16h30 and on Friday until 15h30.
Study will take place Monday, Tuesday & Thursday in Room 21 from 15h15-16h30. Detention will take place on Friday in Room 4 from 14h30 – 15h30.

CONGRATULATIONS!
Charlotte was crowned Junior Elite SA Champion in Downhill MTB for 2021, racing at Paarl on 28 March 2021.
Junior Elite category is age category 17-19
This earns UCI points towards racing overseas and World Champs, as well as going towards getting her WP colours.
