Hi everyone! My name is Will Groves, and I am excited to be your child’s teacher this year. This is my third year at SPPS, and I love reading and watching Kentucky basketball/all Kentucky sports.
I am excited to be working with Grades 5-8 for Social Studies and Religion again this year. I have always been interested in history and how people interact with each other and the environment. I also am very interested in learning about how the saints and holy people lived their faith with the challenges they faced in their lives. I am beginning my 30th year at SPPS. I taught Religion to multiple grades for the 4 years before last year. Prior to that I taught 2nd grade for a year, 3rd grade for 16 years, and 5th grade for my first 7 years at SPPS. I am a product of Catholic schools, having attended them from 2nd grade through my sophomore year of College. My husband, Ron, and I chose to send our daughter, Becca, to SPPS from pre-K through 8th grade. I am active in the Cursillo movement, have an adoration hour, enjoy reading, and have been known to bake cobbler from time to time.
Hi, my name is Tiffany Lemaster and I’m excited to be joining the team as a middle school science teacher! I have a passion for helping students explore the world around them through hands-on experiments, critical thinking, and curiosity-driven learning. My goal is to create a classroom environment where every student feels encouraged to ask questions, make discoveries, and grow as young scientists. I look forward to an exciting school year full of learning, exploration, and fun!
My name is Sam Dunn, and I’m blessed to serve as the 8th grade homeroom teacher here at SPPS. I have the joy of teaching math to students in grades 5–8, where we balance independent learning with collaborative group work. In my classroom, I strive to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where every student feels supported and challenged. Above all, my goal is for our learning space to reflect Christ in all we do, helping students grow not only in knowledge but also in faith and character.
