Team Leader of volunteers

We are offering a job. We need to support organization team of Spolek Hvozd during two team projects under european solidarity corps.

Create wooden atelier 16th July - 3rd August 2025

Position: Team Leader

Description

A Team Leader is a professional in charge of guiding, monitoring and leading an entire group. They are responsible for motivating their teammates as well as inspiring positive communication within them so that they can work together toward achieving goals. 

Working hours 8 per day.

Person will help to run team activity smoothly. He have to constantly monitor the needs of volunteers, check the group atmosphere, report problems of volunteers who are more introvert to aoordinators, lead and offer teambuilding or ice braking activities.

Salary: 50 Euro per day, payed by one transfer. 

Official contract will be prepared lately one month before job starts.
