Record your service hours using the above form.   You will receive an email confirmation of recorded hours.  Check your email so you can track your progress toward the goal.  Kindergarten through 4th grade should log 10 hours per year, and 5th through 12th grade should log 20 hours per year.  SIA staff will contact parents/guardians to verify accuracy of logged hours.
