NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
Splashin Viral TikTok Challenge (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) or older, and the age of majority in their state of residence, or between the ages of 13 and 17, or otherwise younger than the age of majority in their state of residence (each a “Minor”), with parental or guardian consent, at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees and directors of [PixelForge Studios, LLC] (“Sponsor”) and its subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Contest and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.
In order to enter the Contest or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules. By participating in the Contest, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Contest. You agree that Sponsor shall retain full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and you agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by Sponsor, or its designee.
Parental or Guardian Consent
Minors must have a parent or legal guardian’s consent to enter the Contest. The parent or guardian must complete and sign a consent form provided by the Sponsor, which must be completed and submitted as instructed by Sponsor. This consent form acknowledges that the parent or guardian has read and agrees to the Official Rules and permits the Minor’s participation in the Contest.
For participants who are Minors (under the age of 18), a parental consent form must be completed and submitted before the participant's entry can be considered valid. Upon submission of a video via Google Form, a link to the parental consent form will be provided in a response message. The form must be completed by the participant’s parent or legal guardian and submitted as instructed. Failure to provide a completed parental consent form will result in the disqualification of the entry.

Content Restrictions and Supervision
TikTok links submitted by Minors must adhere to the same content guidelines as all other submissions. The Sponsor reserves the right to review and, if necessary, moderate any submission from a Minor to ensure it is appropriate for public viewing. The Sponsor may require that the submission is made with the supervision of a parent or guardian.
Liability and Indemnification
The parent or legal guardian of any Minor participant assumes full responsibility for the Minor’s actions and submission. By allowing their Minor to participate, the parent or guardian agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and all related parties from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from the Minor’s participation in the Contest.
Publicity Release for Minors
By submitting a video on behalf of a Minor, the parent or legal guardian grants the Sponsor the same rights to use, reproduce, and display the submission as outlined in Section 5 (Grant of Rights and Publicity) of these Official Rules. The parent or guardian also consents to the use of the Minor’s name, likeness, and any other relevant information for promotional and marketing purposes in accordance with the Contest rules, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Disqualification for Non-Compliance
Failure to comply with any of the requirements in this section may result in disqualification of the participant’s submission. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry from a Minor participant that is not accompanied by the proper consent or that fails to meet the content and submission guidelines outlined in these Official Rules.
2. Timing
The Contest will run from March 2, 2026 at 12 a.m. Central Time to April 3, 2026 at 12 a.m. Central Time. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Contest.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Submission that Sponsor believes, in its sole discretion, does not comply with or is in violation of these Official Rules or that otherwise contains prohibited or inappropriate content.
5. Grant of Rights and Publicity (All Submissions)
By submitting a TikTok link or other entry content in connection with the Contest (a “Submission”), each entrant who is eighteen (18) years of age or older, or has reached the age of majority and any required legal consent age in their state of residence represents and warrants that they have the full right and authority to grant, and hereby grant to Sponsor, a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use the Submission, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose in any media now known or hereafter developed, including Sponsor’s social media channels, websites, advertising, and promotional materials. This license includes the right to post, repost, publish, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, edit, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the Submission, and to use the entrant’s name, likeness, voice, username/handle, and biographical information as included in the Submission, without further notice, review, approval, or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
For entrants who are under eighteen (18), or otherwise under the age of majority or required legal consent age in their state of residence, Sponsor will not use the Submission as described above unless and until the entrant’s parent or legal guardian provides verifiable consent. Such consent must be provided through the Sponsor’s parental or guardian consent form, and must expressly approve Sponsor’s use of the Submission and the Minor’s name, likeness, voice, and handle for promotional and marketing purposes consistent with these Official Rules. If the required parental or guardian consent is not provided, the Submission is not valid and will be disqualified and will not be used by Sponsor.
Sponsor has no obligation to use any Submission and may remove or refrain from using any Submission at any time in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Determination
After the end of the Contest Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will select the three (3) highest viewed TikToks as of April 3, 2026 at 12 a.m. Central Time. Failure by entrant to respond to the initial verification within five (5) days of initial notification or failure to return the documents prior to the deadline may result in disqualification, any prize won may be forfeited, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winners must follow the initial prize claim instructions and any subsequent claim instructions, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail voicemail malfunction or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
