In House Fundraisers

The Fan Club Sports Bar is the perfect place to raise money for any cause. With our large open atmosphere we have the room to hold large events. Over the years we have hosted many fundraising events, that have raised thousands of dollars for all kinds of different charities. From small time fundraising for short term causes, to large fundraisers apart of larger charities, The Fan Club has you covered. We take the hard part out of the events, the leg work. All you need to do is get people in the door. We put together buffett tickets from SpitfireZ Catering for you to sell and make a profit on. Other than have volunteers for the day of your event to help with your different fundraising stations and sell tickets, that is all you need to do.

HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Choose a weekend date for your event. Event times are usually start at 2 pm and run till whenever you like.
  2. Choose your buffet / food package. (50 person minimum)
  3. Choose a name for your event. For the ticket design. We design and get tickets printed for you. (7 days ) We will also make a Facebook event and make you an administrator for you to share and add the details you would like.
  4. After selling tickets for your event, 1 week from the event day we require a deposit on the amount of tickets you have sold. The ticket sales after deposit and door ticket sales are due at the end of your event, along with any borrowed* money for vending and banks for your fundraising events.
  5. You have full use of our kid / family facility to raise money however you see fit.

*We will loan you money for your different fundraising activities. Just pay us back out of the profits at the end of the event.


WHAT YOU NEED:

  1. Some volunteers to handle things like, door tickets, 50/50, Chinese auctions or whatever fundraising promotions you choose to do.
  2. Get people in the door, it is up to you to sell the tickets and promote your event. We will post on our social medias and websites but it is up to you to do the majority of the legwork.
