Fresh Lamb Gyros
Boneless leg of lamb stuffed with fresh garlic slivers, then rubbed and marinated overnight in our gyro spice mix. Roasted over charcoal for a one of a kind gyro crust then left to rest, and sliced paper thin. Served with our house made Tzatziki (cucumber) sauce, shredded leaf lettuce, diced roma tomatoes, and sliced red onion for a gyro that you won't forget.

Boneless leg of lamb stuffed with fresh garlic slivers, then marinated in olive oil, fresh garlic, red wine vinegar, and fresh herbs. Slowly roasted over charcoal and sliced thin for sandwiches or a slightly thicker cut for a knife and fork entree.
Whole Roasted Lamb
New Zealand baby lamb (domestic available upon request) with sliver garlic cloves stuffed all through the hams and shoulders and marinated in a salted herb seasoning. Roasted on our open charcoal rotisseries for a lamb that your guests with be telling everyone about.
