SpitfireZ Catering is bringing back it's herb crusted, charcoal roasted Lamb for Easter this year! Along with the Lamb we are also serving SpitfireZ fan favorites Smoked Ham's, Sue's Family Lasagna, Spinach Ballz and Italian Wedding Soup. Reservation form at the bottom of the page.

Sue's Lasagna

12 Pieces ~ $40 per pan

Sue has the families recipe that has been passed down throughout the years, and is now bringing this delicious lasagna to the masses. Seasoned and marinated ricotta cheese, layered mozzarella, provolone, & parmesan cheeses, and finished with her sauce loaded with beef and pork.

Roasted Boneless Leg of Lamb

  • 5 lb (whole) │ feeds 10+ │ $60 whole │ $65 carved
  • 1 lb Meat │ $13 per pound

Rolled and tied boneless leg of lamb pieced and stuffed with fresh garlic slivers and marinated in a red wine, fresh herbs and a light dijon mustard. Slowly roasted over charcoal. Can be purchased by the pound or by the whole leg.

Honey Clove Smoked Ham

Pit Smoked Whole Hams slowly roasted over charcoal for a flavor and crust that is one-of-a-kind. Basted over and over to form layers and layers of flavor that can't be beat! Our baste is made with honey, brown sugar, cloves and a variety of mustards.

Spinach Ballz

This has been a family favorite for the holidays for years in the SpitfireZ family. Spinach, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, seasoned croutons ,and a special spice blend. Rolled and baked for an addicting appetizer that can't be beat.

Italian Wedding Soup

  • 1 quart │ $7
  • 4 quart │ $20

Roasted all white meat chicken, and mini meatballs cooked with the mirepoix of celery, carrots and onions. Topped with a hearty chicken stock and chopped spinach. Finished with orzo pasta.
