Sue's Lasagna

Sue has the families recipe that has been passed down throughout the years, and is now bringing this delicious lasagna to the masses. Seasoned and marinated ricotta cheese, layered mozzarella, provolone, & parmesan cheeses, and finished with her sauce loaded with beef and pork.

Citrus Roasted Turkey

Whole young turkeys stuffed with limes, lemons, oranges, sweet onions, and fresh rosemary. Roasted slowly on our charcoal rotisseries and basted with apple and lemon juices for a taste that is one of a kind. Pumpernickel, granny smith apple walnut stuffing served on the side with made from scratch giblet gravy.

Pit Smoked Whole Hams slowly roasted over charcoal for a flavor and crust that is one-of-a-kind. Basted over and over to form layers and layers of flavor that can't be beat! Our baste is made with honey, brown sugar, cloves and a variety of mustards.
