Subscription and Payment
● When you subscribe to MySivi, you agree to a monthly fee that will be automatically (autopay) deducted from your linked UPI account.
● Please note that any additional charges incurred by your bank or during transactions, such as transaction or currency conversion fees, will be borne solely by you.
● We recommend keeping a sufficient balance in your account to ensure uninterrupted access to the MySivi platform.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
● Trial & Monthly Subscription Fee: Refunds are not available for trial & monthly subscriptions or any payments made for previous months.
● Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime. No fees will be charged for the following month after you cancel. After you cancel, automatic payments (autopay) from your UPI account will stop for the next month, giving you full control over your subscription.
● Cancellation process: You can cancel your subscription directly from the Profile subscription page in the MySivi app or through the payment gateway app. To avoid any renewal and deduction of monthly subscription fee, please cancel the subscription before 24 hours of the trial end or subscription end date.

MySivi Subscription Auto pay cancellation Process
Please manage your subscription from the Profile (top left profile icon in the home page)->Subscription->edit subscription and cancel it before the trial ends to stop your subscription getting automatically renewed.
If your subscription has started please check the validity and other details on the subscription page. For any refunds related please refer above section.
When you start the trial, you also authorize auto-debit and if you do not cancel the trial before 24 hours of the trial end or subscription end date then it will auto debit the subscription money and a month of subscription will be activated to provide unlimited access to all the features in the MySivi app to practice English speaking.
