Workshop successfully held at SPA Vijayawada on 24 April 2026.
The School of Planning and Architecture, Vijayawada organized a focused workshop on “Risk Management of Execution Delays & Cost Escalation in Infrastructure Projects” at the Conference Hall. The session addressed critical challenges faced in large-scale construction projects, particularly delays in execution timelines and rising project costs.

The workshop featured expert lectures covering practical strategies to mitigate time and cost overruns, along with an in-depth understanding of risk identification, assessment, and management in construction practices. Participants, including students, academicians, and professionals, gained valuable insights into real-world project management approaches and decision-making frameworks.

The event also served as a platform for academic and institutional collaboration, concluding with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between SPA Vijayawada and PVP SIT, Vijayawada, marking a significant step towards strengthening technical cooperation and knowledge exchange.
