Workshop on Area Development Planning at SPA Vijayawada

The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Vijayawada successfully organized a one-day workshop on Area Development Planning on 8th October 2024. Led by Dr. K. Srirangan, Retired Commissioner of DDA, the workshop focused on developing urban planning concepts such as Zonal Plans, Local Area Plans, Layout Plans, and the application of master plan norms in Area Development Planning (ADP). The event was held in the Exhibition Hall from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ramesh Srikonda, Director of SPA Vijayawada, with contributions from Dr. Prasanth Vardhan, Head of the Department of Planning, and a dedicated team of studio coordinators.
