ENVI-met Workshop Successfully Organized at SPA Vijayawada
The Department of Architecture, SPA Vijayawada, successfully conducted a 3-day ENVI-met Workshop from 28th to 30th November 2024, focused on urban microclimate simulations and sustainable urban design. The workshop provided a platform for participants to explore the ENVI-met software, its applications, and hands-on simulations to understand and design climate-responsive environments.

Day 1:
Introduction to ENVI-met: Basic concepts and usage
Exploring ENVI-met spaces and user guides
Day 2:
Training on database manager tools: Albero, Monde, and Project Manager
First hands-on simulation with small blocks and vegetation
Day 3:
Advanced tools: Leonardo and Bio-met
Data extrapolation, results analysis, and troubleshooting
