Gavin Wilson

Gavin Wilson is a junior at Sparta High School who loves school life. He's involved in student council and marching band, and outside of school, he coaches soccer. Gavin is also interested in pursuing a future in the health field.

Gavin joined Web Multimedia to explore a new perspective on news writing and to improve his storytelling skills.

As a journalist, Gavin hopes to tell sports stories that will hold up for generations to come. He believes accuracy and timeliness are key when telling someone else's story, and that a good news story combines excellent grammar, correct information, and proper citations.

Fun fact: Gavin is blue-green colorblind, yet he's surprisingly good at telling apart colors he technically can't see.
