Brayden Sherman

Brayden Sherman is a junior at Sparta High School who plays football and baseball. Outside of sports, he's drawn to stocks, real estate, and books on philosophy, economics, and psychology.

Brayden liked the idea of writing news and is especially interested in the writing and informative side of journalism. He's hoping to sharpen his writing skills this year. As a journalist, he wants to tell stories about issues that significantly affect people, making sure to include the perspective of those involved. To him, a good story needs a strong hook and genuinely interesting points.

Fun fact: Most people don't know that Brayden has been trading the stock market for three years. He's built up 78 pages of notes on how it all connects, plus a detailed log of every trade he's made, including ticker, buy and sell price, his reasoning, and how he could improve next time.
