Mrs. Edwards' School Counseling Program
About Mrs. Edwards
My name is Crystal Edwards and I am so excited about the year to come! This is my eleventh year being a school counselor for the intermediate school level. The 2019-2020 school year is my 7th year at Inman Intermediate School. I graduated from University of South Carolina in 2004 with a BS in Experimental Psychology and graduated from Clemson University in 2009 with a Masters degree in School Counseling. I have also been a certified Global Career Development Facilitator since 2010. I love being a school counselor at Inman Intermediate School. I love my students and the faculty. It is rare to find such a caring, compassionate place to work.
As a School Counselor, I believe that all students deserve to attend a school where they feel safe, as well as, accepted. The school counseling program fosters the student's personal, social, academic, and career growth. Classroom guidance, individual counseling services, group counseling services, and supportive services are all available to assist student needs. I also facilitate many school wide programs, such as, Olweus Bullying Prevention Program, Red Ribbon Week, and Terrific Kid that help promote student growth.
If you have any concerns about your child or if I can help you in any way please contact me. I look forward to another successful school year at Inman Intermediate School!
