Tips
Living near UCAM is a very good option.
Near the university there are several urban centres equipped with all the necessary services for daily life (supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, sports facilities, La Noria shopping centre, etc).
You can reach the campus on foot in about 10 minutes.
Another option is to live in Murcia city as it is perfectly linked to the campus. You can reach the campus from the centre of Murcia. By car, in only 10 minutes or by public transport (bus or tram), in 30 minutes.
Murcia is a very affordable city. It is easy to share a flat with other students and pay only about 250 € per person on average, which is half of what you would pay in cities like Madrid or Barcelona.
