We're blessed with a fantastic rotation of preachers/teachers and a talented worship leader

Dr. Sargent has been the Founder and President of Biblical Literacy Ministries since 1998. He has a PhD in Theology with an Old Testament concentration from Trinity International University (2010), a Masters in OT from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (2002), and a Masters in Biblical Studies from Regent University (1997). Andrew is Husband of one wife (1988) and the Father of four adult children. He has been Founder of the Institution and Permanent Faculty for Koinonia School of Ministry since 2008 and is presently the Program Director for Northpoint@South Attleboro, an extension site for Northpoint Bible College in Haverhill MA.
Pastor Michael Ballou
Michael's varied background includes engineering, janitorial services, and serving as the pastor of a small New England church. As odd a collection as that is, the task remains the same: applying the right tools to find the right solution. Sometimes the tool is physics, sometimes it is a mop, but the solutions to the greatest questions of life are only found by applying the truths of scripture, which Michael loves to do through study, teaching, and preaching. Michael currently serves on the staff of a non-profit organization called The Water Project applying all the tools he has learned to bringing clean water to communities in sub-Saharan Africa. Michael lives in NH with his wife and 3 children.
Dennis De Angelis is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) specializing in counseling and coaching for individuals, couples and families from a Christian perspective. He has an office onsite at sovG Church and also serves as one of the Elders there. With over two decades of experience, his mission is to be an Agent of Change--in and for Christ. As such, Dennis has worked with numerous clients and their families through the years--helping people learn, love and live more successfully.
Graduating with a Bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Gordon College (in Wenham, MA) and a Masters in Social Work from Simmons College (located in Boston), Dennis' style of counseling and coaching is both biblically-based and clinically sound. He describes his work with clients as a combination of both Cognitive-Behavioral (Thinking-Doing) Therapy along with strategic Solution-Focused (Practical-Purposeful) Coaching--with a dash of humor just to help things along! Dennis considers it a genuine blessing and a joyful privilege to be able to use his gifts at sovG Church--including the opportunity to preach and teach on a monthly basis. Dennis and his wife live in Georgetown, MA.
Nildo is the lead Pastor at Sara Nossa Terra Boston, our partner church. Nildo faithfully serves sovG as our Worship Leader, playing guitar or keyboard and coordinating the music. We are thrilled when the Sara Nossa Terra musicians and membership join us for worship. Nildo is pictured with his wife, Ester, and they live in Peabody, MA with their children.
