Hello from the SWVHS Yearbook Staff!
Welcome to the yearbook website! We are already working hard on the 2024 book and are excited to capture memories of your kiddos as school and extracurricular events start up soon. The yearbook we are currently working on will be completed in June 2024 to be ensure the inclusion of summer sports/activities. Distribution of 2024 yearbooks will be in Fall 2024.
This fall, we will be distributing the 2023 yearbooks! 2023 Seniors - If you haven't picked up your 2023 yearbook, please make sure to do so as soon as possible. Or you can arrange for someone else to pick your copy up for you.

Important 2023-24 Dates

September 10: All seniors will be added to the Senior 2024 Google Classroom. If you were not added, you can email Ms. Tripp to be added or you can locate to code on the board in the art room. You will be expected to check immediately that your first, middle, and last name are spelled correctly / appear as you want them to in the yearbook. Please specify if your preferred name is different in the senior section versus the rest of the book.
September 15: Back to School Sale ends today. Last day to get yearbooks for $55. Price increases to $60 after today.
TBD: Senior Class Photo and class photos
October 10: Most and Best forms due to Ms. Tripp
*Fall Semester (various dates) during DEN and SEMINAR, seniors will be called out for their most and best photos.
December 1: Seniors graduating early need to have their items in by today! This includes their senior portrait (high res), baby photo (high res), an appropriate quote, and a short future plans statement.
January 1, 2024: Senior / Grad Ads Due for Early Bird Price! (1/4 page ad = $100; 1/8 page ad = $50)
February 1: Seniors graduating in May need to have their items in by today! This includes their senior portrait (high res), baby photo (high res), an appropriate quote, and a short future plans statement.
February 9: Last day to get yearbooks for $60. Price increases to $65 after today.
April 1: Senior/ Grad Ads Due (Late Deadline Price: 1/4 page ad = $140; 1/8 page ad = $70)
May 25: Last day to pre-order and guarantee your copy of the 2024 yearbook
