If a teacher sends you or your student a Zoom link, you do not need to have anything installed on your computer - you can join a Zoom through the web browser.  You only need the program installed if you want to host your own Zoom meetings.  See the video for more information.

ActiveLearn requires Pop-ups and Cookies to be enabled on your web browser.

Most of the time, people have these turned off.

In order for ActiveLearn to work on your iPad, please navigate to:
iPad Settings > Safari and ensure that the toggle switches circled in red look like those in the image.

If you are using a browser other than Safari, you will need to ensure that their similar functions and settings are enabled to make ActiveLearn work.

How to get a child signed into Google Classroom - the most common mistake is that mum and dad are signed into the browser.  Make sure that you sign out of Google to allow your child to sign in or alternatively use incognito mode.
