From desired aesthetic and design intent to mechanical operation and end-use, we will work closely with the project team so that we can eliminate as many discrepancies as possible. We understand the homeowner will continue to live in their home and make memories while interacting with the products of our work.

Following the completion of his studies in civil engineering, David Epstein, President of Southern Components Inc., founded the company as a commercial building firm in 1986. Through a multitude of project types, Southern Components began developing solutions to complex problems presented in the industry.
Over time, architects, builders, and homeowners took notice of the quality of work and care being produced and began recommending SCI for their personal homes. As time continued, David grew a passion for aesthetics and design that led SCI to develop solutions in providing premium fenestration and cabinetry for the luxury market.
Today, Southern Components has bases of operation in Charleston, Saint Simons, and Northeast Florida. We have been honored and privileged to complete projects in Sea Island, Kiawah Island, Greenville, Puerto Rico, Bermuda, Palmetto Bluff, Buckhead, Savannah, Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra, LongBoat Key, Pawleys Island, and Georgetown.
