Mahjong Lantern (the "App") is published by Souplin ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices. The App is a single-player Mahjong solitaire game; we do not require an account and do not knowingly collect information that directly identifies you (no name, email, phone, or precise location). The App is supported by advertising (see §3).

We do not sell your personal data.
The App uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Google Firebase Analytics — usage analytics — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google Firebase Crashlytics — crash reporting — (same as above)
Google AdMob — advertising — policies.google.com/privacy (AdMob partner sites: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites)
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) — advertising consent management — policies.google.com/privacy
The App is supported by advertising served through Google AdMob. On iOS 14.5 and later, the App requests your permission, via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, before accessing the advertising identifier and tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites for personalized advertising. In regions where it is required (for example the EEA/UK), we also show a consent prompt via Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalized ads are served.
If you decline tracking/consent, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized and the advertising identifier is not used for tracking. You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking at any time:
iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising
Android: Settings → Google → Ads
Ads & tracking: control personalized advertising via the ATT prompt (iOS), the UMP consent prompt, and the device-level controls in §3.
Delete: contact us to request deletion of the analytics and crash records associated with your device.
The usage and crash data described above is processed by Google Firebase acting as our service provider. Advertising data (including the advertising identifier when permitted) is shared with Google AdMob and its advertising partners to deliver and measure ads. We do not share your data with any other parties except where required by law.
Analytics and crash data are retained per Google Firebase defaults (up to 14 months for event data) and then aggregated or deleted. Advertising data is retained by Google per its own policies.
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of personalized advertising. You can withdraw advertising consent at any time via the device-level controls in §3. Because the App does not tie analytics/crash data to your identity, we honor these rights via those controls and by deleting analytics/crash records on request. Contact us to exercise any right.
Data may be processed on servers operated by Google outside your country, under Google's data-transfer safeguards.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
