Dear Parents,

November's crisp air has swept through our campus, bringing with it a whirlwind of festivities, learning, and achievements! I am delighted to share a glimpse into the vibrant mosaic that was this month at Soundarya Central School.

Our journey began with a vibrant kaleidoscope of colours celebrating Kannada Rajyotsava. The echoes of "Jai Karnataka Mata ki Jai" resonated through the halls, reminding us of our rich cultural heritage and instilling pride in our roots. Alcyone 2023, our annual inter-school cultural extravaganza, saw our students shine on stage. Their creativity, talent, and teamwork were on full display, leaving the audience mesmerized. Congratulations to all participants and winners!

On Children's Day, we were reminded of the joy and innocence that lie at the heart of our endeavors. Witnessing the children's gleeful faces as they participated in fun-filled activities reaffirmed our commitment to nurturing their dreams and aspirations. And then came the dazzling brilliance of Deepavali, a festival that illuminated our lives with hope and good fortune. The spirit of giving and sharing shone brightly as students decorated the school with lamps and rangolis.

Beyond the festivities, November was abuzz with learning and exploration. Our classrooms reverberated with lively discussions and collaborative projects. Significant assemblies on diverse topics broadened our perspectives and ignited curiosity. Grade 9 and 10 students embarked on an eye-opening journey to the Visit to the Printing Press, gaining insights into the fascinating world of communication. Meanwhile, Grade 8 delved into the marvels of innovation at the Visit to Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum. These field trips were truly enriching experiences, igniting their passion for knowledge and discovery.

Our houses and clubs pulsated with energy as students engaged in stimulating activities, fostering teamwork and leadership skills. Class activities continued to be a hive of creativity and problem-solving, pushing the boundaries of learning and knowledge. Moreover, I am immensely proud of our students' achievements, both big and small. Each award, each accolade, is a testament to their dedication and perseverance.

As we approach the end of November, I am filled with immense gratitude for the vibrant community we are- our talented students, dedicated staff, and supportive parents. Together, we weave a tapestry of learning, celebration, and achievement that makes Soundarya truly special.

The festival of lights ,made every house shining

On each lamps lighted on railing,

And upon the windowpane and on every places remaining

Me and you, he and she, played

Message of hope and prosperity relayed

Sweets sweetened the hearts, great message conveyed

Green diwali celebrated safely and enjoyed
