Dear Volunteers,

Thank you for your willingness to assist our school on Field Day. This day truly would not work without your help.

Please contact me if your circumstances change so we can fill your station accordingly.

If you are a full-day volunteer, please consider signing up for the same activity in the AM and the PM. If you sign up for different activities, you run the risk of scheduling yourself out of a lunch break due to the nature of the rotation.

I would like to thank our field day committee co-chairs, Mr. Steve Massey (Nikki), and Mr. Gene Kelly (Betsy). They address all of the ‘behind-the-scenes’ details leading up to this day, and ensure the event runs smoothly as the day progresses.
