Set Up: This exercise requires two cones and a ball. Set the cones 5 yards apart and dribble the ball between the two cones in figure 8. Athletes will have three attempts to get their best score.

Set Up: Toe Taps or Stair Stepping is an exercise where you put the ball in front of you, place your foot on top of the ball then off the ball, alternating between your feet like you're climbing up the stairs. Athletes will have three attempts to get their best score.

Set up: as many sets of cones that you have the space for, 3 feet apart, all around your backyard and dribble through the gates. Athletes will have three attempts to get their best score.
