The main interest of the VD³ Lab is to characterize signaling pathways important in vascular homeostasis and in disease processes such as pulmonary arterial hypertension and cancer. Through such elucidation, we continue expand our knowledge of cellular mechanisms and to discover drug target candidates for pulmonary arterial hypertension and cancer.
