Required Reading: 1984 by George Orwell
For the required text, 1984 by George Orwell, please take notes on important plot points, character development, and most impactful quotes. These must be handwritten notes (minimum of 2 notes per chapter) . The notes will be assessed on both the accuracy of the content and the importance of the details selected.
A prompt asking about the themes of the assigned reading will be given in class once Chromebooks are dispersed. Further conversations around this concept and its application to the books will be had in class.
