This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Thali (the "App").
Thali is a household cooking and food-tracking application designed to help users record home-cooked dishes, manage cooked food portions, organize household cooking information, and view nutrition information such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
By downloading or using Thali, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Thali helps you record and organize information about home cooking, cooked dishes, ingredients, servings, and household food.
The App may process nutrition-related information associated with the food you log, such as calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat.
If you sign in with Google or use account-based features, certain account and app data may be associated with your account.
If Thali provides cloud synchronization or server-based features, information necessary to provide those features may be transmitted to and stored on our servers.
Thali may offer paid subscription features, including expanded cooking functionality and household sharing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Depending on the features you use, Thali may process information such as:

Ingredients and ingredient quantities.
Batch size and total batch weight.
Number of servings or katoris.
Remaining portions of a cooked dish.
Cooking-related notes or adjustments.
Food and nutrition information calculated or displayed by the App.
Thali may process nutrition information associated with your logged food, including:
Calories.
Protein.
Carbohydrates.
Fat.
Serving sizes.
Other nutrition values supported by the App.
This information is used to provide the App's cooking ledger and nutrition-tracking functionality.
If you use household features, you may provide information relating to household members, such as member profiles or serving preferences.
If you sign in with Google, we may receive account information made available through the Google sign-in process, such as your name, email address, profile information, and authentication identifiers, subject to the permissions and information provided by Google.
Some information may be stored locally on your device to operate Thali and provide features such as:
Your cooking records.
Logged dishes and ingredients.
Serving and katori information.
Nutrition and macro records.
App preferences and settings.
Household-related settings.
Reminder preferences.
Where information is stored locally, it remains on your device unless you choose to use a feature that transmits or synchronizes that information.
Deleting app data or uninstalling Thali may remove locally stored information, depending on your device's operating-system behavior.
If Thali provides account, synchronization, backup, household-sharing, subscription, or other server-based functionality, information required to provide those features may be transmitted to our servers.
Depending on the features you use, this may include:
Account identifiers.
Cooking and food records.
Ingredient and serving information.
Nutrition and macro information.
Household-related information.
App preferences and settings.
We use such information only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the App and its features.
Important: The exact server-side services, databases, hosting providers, and data-storage architecture should be confirmed against the production implementation before this policy is published.
Thali may allow you to sign in using Google.
When you choose Google Sign-In, Google may provide information necessary to authenticate your account. The information available to us depends on the Google authentication flow and permissions used by the App.
Google's handling of your information is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms.
You can choose not to use Google Sign-In where Thali provides another available method of using the App.
Thali may offer paid subscription features.
The screenshots show a yearly subscription option and household-related premium functionality. Payment processing should be handled through the applicable app-store payment system or other payment provider used by the production version of Thali.
We do not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers through the App.
If a third-party payment provider processes your payment, that provider's privacy policy and terms also apply to its processing of payment information.
Thali may provide reminders or notifications, including cooking or other app-related reminders.
If notifications are enabled, the App may process the information necessary to schedule and deliver those notifications.
You can generally disable notifications through the App's settings or your device's operating-system settings.
Thali is designed to help users record food and nutrition information. The App may calculate or display calories and macronutrients based on information entered or processed within the App.
Thali is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition information displayed by the App should not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or nutrition professional.
If you choose to enter personal dietary information, you are responsible for deciding what information to provide.
Thali may rely on third-party services to provide functionality such as:
Google authentication.
Cloud hosting, databases, or synchronization.
App-store subscription and payment processing.
Crash reporting, analytics, notifications, or other technical services, if enabled in the production version.
The exact third-party services used by Thali may change over time.
Before publishing this Privacy Policy, we will update this section to identify the actual third-party SDKs and service providers incorporated into the production App where disclosure is required.
The screenshots provided for Thali do not establish whether the App uses advertising or advertising identifiers.
Accordingly, this Privacy Policy does not make a definitive claim about advertising technology.
If the production App does not use advertising or advertising identifiers, this section may be updated to state:
Thali does not display third-party advertising and does not use advertising identifiers for targeted advertising.
If advertising or advertising-related SDKs are included in the production App, this section must instead describe those technologies accurately.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information processed through Thali.
Where information is transmitted between the App and our servers, appropriate transport security measures such as HTTPS/TLS may be used.
Where server-side storage is used, reasonable security measures are applied to protect stored information.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain information for only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant App features, maintain accounts, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect our services.
Local information may remain on your device until you delete it, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.
Server-stored information may remain while your account or applicable cloud features are active, subject to applicable deletion requests and legal requirements.
We may retain certain limited information where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Depending on the features available in Thali and your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:
Access information associated with your account.
Request correction of inaccurate information.
Request deletion of applicable information.
Request a copy or export of certain information.
Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable.
