This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Levelhead (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Summary (in plain language)
- Levelhead does not require an account, sign-up, or login.
- Everything you enter — your income sources, obligations, and notes — is stored only on your device. We do not upload it and we cannot see it.
- Levelhead computes your safe-to-spend recommendation locally on your device using built-in logic. Your data is not sent to any server for processing.
- We do not sell your personal information.
## 2. Information stored on your device (not collected by us)
When you use Levelhead, you may enter:
- Income source details: amounts, cadence, reliability cues, and names.
- Obligation details: bills, taxes, due dates, and recurring commitments.
- Notes and manual adjustments used to refine your weekly forecast.
- The app’s local learning history and reliability weights, which help it improve its forecasts over time.
All of this is stored locally on your device using the device’s standard app storage, so the App can function. This information is never transmitted to us or to any external server, and we have no access to it. If you uninstall the App, or use "Clear all data" inside the App, this information is permanently removed from your device.
Levelhead builds its forecast on-device from your entered data. It does not use an external AI service or server-side inference for the core safe-to-spend calculation, and it does not send your personal finance details off the device.
## 3. Information collected through advertising or analytics
Levelhead does not currently display ads.
If you choose to enable optional analytics or marketing features in a future update, those features will be clearly disclosed in the App and in an updated privacy policy.
## 4. Consent for optional features
If Levelhead introduces optional analytics, personalization, or marketing features in the future, we will request your consent where required by law. You will be able to review or change your choices from your device settings and from any in-app consent prompt provided at that time.
## 5. Children’s privacy
Levelhead is intended for users 18 years of age and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us at admin@solulab.com and we will take appropriate action.
## 6. How your data is protected
- Your finance data remains on your device.
- Any network communication (if the App uses updates or optional services in the future) should use encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Because we do not host your personal finance data, there is no server-side account that could be breached.
## 7. Your choices and rights
- Access, edit, and delete: You control all your data directly in the App. Edit your entries at any time, delete individual sources or obligations, or use "Clear all data" to remove everything. Uninstalling the App also deletes locally stored data.
- Depending on where you live (for example, the EEA/UK or California), you may have additional rights such as access, correction, deletion, or objection. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@solulab.com.
## 8. Data retention
Information you enter is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Any future optional analytics or service-related data would be retained in accordance with the policies of those service providers.
## 9. Third-party services
At this time, Levelhead does not rely on third-party services for user data collection. If we add any third-party services in the future, they will be listed here along with links to their privacy policies.
## 10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Policy.
