This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Contract Memory (the "App") — App name: Contract Memory; package name: com.solulab.contract. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Summary (plain language)
- Contract Memory helps you store, review, and understand contracts, leases, and related documents.
- Documents, photos, and temporary processing data may remain on your device unless you choose to save them to an account or enable cloud features.
- If you create an account or enable cloud sync, your saved content may be uploaded to our servers to provide backups, cross-device access, and account-based features.
- The App may use a secure server-side AI proxy to analyze uploaded content for processing or assistance; only the minimal data needed for a request is transmitted and not retained long-term.
- The App does not display advertising and does not collect advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored locally (not sent unless you choose)
- Camera photos, contract documents, temporary processing data, and any notes you create may remain on your device by default.
- Local-only mode: before creating an account, data stays local and is not uploaded.
- Clearing app data or uninstalling the App removes local content.
3. Information uploaded when you opt in / sign in
- If you sign in or enable cloud sync, we may store your saved content, related metadata, and account information on our servers to provide backups and cross-device access.
- We may use Stripe (or similar) for subscription billing; billing data is handled by the payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
4. AI processing and transient transmissions
- To provide contract analysis, document processing, or assistance, the App may send the minimal photo, document, or text required to our secure server endpoint. That server may forward the request to an AI provider and return the response to the App.
- We do not persist your content on our servers for longer than necessary to fulfill the request, except when you explicitly save data and have chosen cloud sync.
- All transmissions are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
5. No advertising
- Contract Memory does not serve third-party ads. We do not use advertising identifiers to target ads.
6. Children’s privacy
- Contract Memory is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact admin@solulab.com and we will take appropriate steps.
7. Security
- Local data is stored using the device’s standard app storage mechanisms.
- Server-side data (if you enable sync) is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest where supported.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
- Local control: you can edit or delete local entries, photos, or notes in the App at any time; uninstalling the App deletes local data.
- Cloud control: if you have an account, you can request export or deletion of your server-stored data by contacting admin@solulab.com.
- Opt-out: you can choose not to use AI-powered features that send content for remote processing.
- Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Contact admin@solulab.com to exercise these.
9. Data retention
- Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Transient AI request data is retained only as needed for processing and short-term troubleshooting, then deleted per our retention policies.
- Server-stored user data (when you enable sync) is retained until you delete it or close your account; we may retain anonymized logs for analytics.
10. Third-party services
- AI provider(s): OpenAI or other AI model providers — governed by their privacy policies.
- Cloud services: Supabase (or similar) for auth, storage, and database when cloud sync is enabled.
- Payment processor: Stripe (or equivalent) for subscription billing.
- We will update this policy if we add other third-party services.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
- We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
