This Privacy Policy explains how SoluLabAppsGames ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Notes → Flashcards (the "App") — App name: Notes → Flashcards; package name: com.solulab.flashcard. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

## 1. Summary (plain language)
- Notes → Flashcards helps you convert notes into flashcards, study efficiently, and manage your learning content.
- Most data stays on your device unless you choose to sign in, enable cloud sync, or use account-based features.
- If you create an account or enable cloud sync, your saved notes, flashcards, study progress, and preference data may be uploaded to our servers to provide backups, cross-device access, and account features.
- The App may use a secure server-side AI proxy to analyze uploaded content for flashcard generation, content summarization, or study assistance; only the minimal data needed for a request is transmitted and is not retained long-term.
- The App does not display advertising and does not collect advertising identifiers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
## 2. Information stored locally (not sent unless you choose)
- Notes, flashcard sets, study progress, device-only content, and local processing data may remain on your device by default.
- Local-only mode: before creating an account or enabling sync, your data stays local and is not uploaded.
- Clearing app data or uninstalling the App removes local content stored on your device.
## 3. Information uploaded when you opt in / sign in
- If you sign in or enable cloud sync, we may store your notes, flashcard sets, study progress, learning metadata, and profile information on our servers to provide backups and cross-device access.
- We may use Stripe (or similar) for subscription billing or premium features; billing details are handled by the payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
## 4. AI processing and transient transmissions
- To provide AI-powered flashcard generation, content analysis, study assistance, or personalized learning recommendations, the App may send the minimal notes or learning-related data required to our secure server endpoint. That server may forward the request to an AI provider and return the response to the App.
- We do not retain your content on our servers longer than necessary to fulfill the request, except when you explicitly save data and choose cloud sync.
- All transmissions are encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
## 5. No advertising
- Notes → Flashcards does not serve third-party ads.
- We do not use advertising identifiers to target ads.
## 6. Children's privacy
- Notes → Flashcards is intended for users 13 years or older (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction).
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided information, contact admin@solulab.com and we will take appropriate steps.
## 7. Security
- Local data is stored using the device's standard app storage mechanisms.
- Server-side data (if you enable sync) is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest where supported.
- We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
## 8. Your choices and rights
- Local control: you can edit or delete local notes, flashcard sets, study progress, and content in the App at any time; uninstalling the App deletes local data.
- Cloud control: if you have an account, you can request export or deletion of your server-stored data by contacting admin@solulab.com.
- Opt-out: you can choose not to use AI-powered features that send content for remote processing.
- Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., EEA/UK, California), you may have additional rights (access, correction, deletion, portability, objection). Contact admin@solulab.com to exercise these.
## 9. Data retention
- Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Transient AI request data is retained only as needed for processing and short-term troubleshooting, then deleted per our retention policies.
- Server-stored user data (when you enable sync) is retained until you delete it or close your account; we may retain anonymized logs for analytics.
## 10. Third-party services
- AI provider(s): OpenAI or other AI model providers — governed by their privacy policies.
- Cloud services: Supabase (or similar) for auth, storage, and database when cloud sync is enabled.
- Payment processor: Stripe (or equivalent) for subscription billing or premium features.
- We will update this policy if we add other third-party services.
## 11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
- We may update this policy from time to time; changes will be posted with an updated "Last updated" date.
- Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
