This User Agreement ("Agreement") serves as a binding legal offer and terms of service from Solara Global LLC-FZ ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") to any individual or entity ("User" or "you") accessing or utilizing the Company’s website at https://solaraglobal.co/ ("Site") or engaging with our advisory and relocation platform.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Site or our services. By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any portion of the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement.

• Site Content: Refers to all intellectual property on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software, videos, and overall page layouts owned or licensed by the Company.

• Services: Refers to real estate consultancy, investment yield analysis, off-plan property representation, business setup guidance, residency/Golden Visa processing facilitation, and broker enablement tools provided by or through the Company.

• User: Refers to any individual or corporate entity accessing the Site or communicating with the Company.

2. General Provisions & Acceptance

2.1. By using the Site or submitting inquiries, the User confirms they are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2.2. Acceptance of this Agreement is triggered by any interaction with the Site, including viewing Site Content or submitting contact forms.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace this Agreement unilaterally at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site following modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Scope of Services & Information Disclaimer

3.1. The Site provides general marketing, informational content, and consultation request channels regarding real estate investment and corporate relocation services in the UAE.

3.2. No Financial or Investment Advice: Information provided on the Site, including rental yield vs. capital appreciation analyses, market estimates, or developer project details, is for general guidance only and does not constitute formal financial, tax, or legal advice. Formal advisory services are subject to separate execution agreements.

3.3. Third-Party Services: Certain specialized services (such as formal tax filing, legal compliance, or bank account opening) are facilitated through our ecosystem of licensed UAE partner firms and execution agencies.

4. Permitted & Restricted Use

4.1. Subject to Compliance: The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Site for personal or internal business purposes.

4.2. Prohibited Activities: Users agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Site Content without prior written consent from the Company.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site’s systems, server networks, or databases.

• Use automated bots, scrapers, or spidering tools to extract data from the Site.

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE local laws and Meydan Free Zone regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The Site, logo, brand assets, proprietary frameworks, and all underlying Site Content are the sole intellectual property of Solara Global LLC-FZ or its content licensors.

5.2. All developer trademarks, logos, and project names (e.g., Emaar, DAMAC, Ellington, etc.) remain the property of their respective legal owners and are referenced on the Site strictly for representation and identification purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

6.1. The Site and all contents are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6.2. The Company does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely free of errors, viruses, or bug technical glitches.

6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Solara Global LLC-FZ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its contents.

7. Privacy & Personal Data Protection

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai and the regulatory framework of Meydan Free Zone. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, UAE.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
