PK-12 classroom teachers will learn mindsets, techniques and interventions on how to improve student well-being. We will specifically focus on social and emotional issues in international schools in East Asia. Some of the problems will include cultural identity, stress and anxiety stemming from high expectations and academic rigor, the over scheduled child, transiency, etc. Teachers will feel more confident to contribute to a whole-school advisory or pastoral care program.
