AMTA is pleased to offer an affordable bound Mechanics Course-book to its current Members!

The Course-book supports Modeling Instruction by combining worksheets and the student's lab notebook into a single resource. As a familiar, textbook-like resource for students, the Course-book can increase comfort among skeptical parents, administrators, and faculty. It may support student organization by having all materials bound into one document and a section at the end of each unit for students to summarize their understanding of each model. Relieved of organizing, copying and handing out worksheets, the teacher will have more time available to focus on instruction and feedback. 

We are currently shipping the Version 3.1 Course-book - the most recent version of the materials. Books in a classroom set (20+ course books) are priced around 4 cents per page plus the cost of binding and a cover - which compares favorably with the total printing costs for most schools.  For orders of 20 books or more the cost is $21.99.
