Utensils, plates, napkins, cups. Beverages (alcohol allowed), Food, Dessert, Snacks, Ice. Any extra décor (Balloons, tablecloths, banners).
WHAT DOES SNAPOLOGY PROVIDE?
2 hour exclusive use of space, welcome activity + feature activity, access to wifi and Bluetooth speaker. All clean up and disposal, access to a refrigerator, and 2 energetic instructors to lead your birthday
DO YOUNGER SIBLINGS COUNT TOWARDS OVERALL QTY?
Yes if they are participating in the projects.
CAN SILBINGS YOUNGER THAN 4 PARTICIPATE?
It depends on the chosen activity, please check in with us. We have activity stations that can keep a few younger siblings occupied (with parental supervision) at no extra charge.
HOW LATE CAN WE ADJUST THE PARTY SIZE?
1 week prior the party
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKED PARTY?
Yes, you CAN make changes up until 7 days before your scheduled event. Our staff will contact you directly the week of your party date. Examples of allowed changes are: changes in party theme, adding guests or party add-ons (adding, removing, or changing quantity). We will make every effort to accommodate your needs so long as we have time to act. Changing party packages (ie: from Epic Robotics to Motor Mania) may not be allowed due to limited supply availability.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
It really stinks when life deals us hiccups and we would like to support you as best as we can. Full refunds can be expected (less 5% processing fee) for parties canceled more than two weeks before the party date. Within the two-week window, we reserve the right to withhold the $200 deposit.
ALL PARTIES ARE PRICED FOR UP TO 14 CHILDREN - CAN I ADD MORE KIDS?
It depends on the activity and how many adults you expect will stay. Please inquire with us to find out. Additional guests will be charged an additional $30 per each.
DO YOU PROVIDE PARTY DECORATIONS?
We don't provide decorations but our space is very bright, cheery, and colorful. It is recommended that you bring in decorations in you'd like to make your event extra special, or we have stanard LEGO Brick themed partyware for available additional purchase.
WHEN CAN WE ARRIVE TO SET UP?
Up to an hour before the party.
CAN WE DROP THINGS OFF THE WEEK PRIOR TO THE PARTY?
YES, We will label and store your non-perishable items.
DO YOU CHARGE TO BRING OUTSIDE VENDORS?
NO, there is no additional fee for outside vendors provided by you. We weave them into the timeline of the party.
CAN ADULTS STAY DURING THE PARTY?
Yes, Adults are welcome!
WILL GUESTS GET TO KEEP THEIR LEGO® CREATIONS?
No - to keep our costs down, all of our kits and supplies are reused for our various events.
IS OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOWED?
Yes! Our staff will help you in setting up a dedicated food area, away from the main activities/classroom space. You can plan on transitioning to pizza and cupcakes during the final 30-45 minutes.
