Curbside Pickup Process
1. Member arrives at landers and parks their vehicle in the designated parking area for Store Pick up
2. Member will inform us they have arrived at the area via LIA (Landers Interactive Assistant)
3. Customer Service Agents on standby will inform the Ecomm team that the customer is in the designated area.
4. Dispatcher brings out the order and proceed to door audit.
5. Dispatcher to locate the Member’s Vehicle and handovers the orders to member.
6. Member to check the order and pay the cashier if COD. Cashier to receive payment (stamp).
7. Member signs the POD document.
8. Dispatcher handovers the receipt and customer’s Copy of POD.

2. Member will inform the Dispatchers/ Cashier at the pick up tent.
3. Dispatcher brings out the order and proceed to door audit.
4. Dispatcher to locate the Member’s at the pick up tent and handovers the orders to member.
5. Member to check the order and pay the cashier if COD. Cashier to receive payment (stamp).
6. Member signs the POD document.
7. Dispatcher handovers the receipt and customer’s Copy of POD.

How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
You’ll get a text message as soon as your order is ready for pickup! We’ll make sure to keep you updated so you can swing by when it’s convenient.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
To pick up your order, please bring the following:
Your ID and Order Number – This helps us confirm your identity and locate your order quickly.
If someone else is picking it up for you: Make sure they have an Authorization Letter from you, along with a copy of your ID. You can send this to us at landershelp@landers.ph ahead of time for a smooth process.
Where do I go to pick up my order in the store?
You can pick up your order at our Curbside Pick-Up area, located in the parking lot under the tent/kiosk.
How long will it take for me to get my order?
Your order will be ready in just 5-10 minutes
What if I’m running late or can’t pick up my order on my chosen Delivery Promise?
If you’re running late or can’t make it to pick up your order on time, no worries! Just send us a message through the Landers Interactive Assistance or our app chatbot on our website. Let us know your new estimated pick-up time, and we’ll do our best to help you out
In case I forget or don't pick up my order by the selected Date and Time, what will happen?
If you happen to forget or miss picking up your order by the selected date and time, no worries! Our friendly Customer Service team at Landers will get in touch with you to find a convenient time for you to collect your order. If we can’t reach you within 24 hours, we might need to cancel the order to keep things moving smoothly for everyone. But don’t stress—if we do connect with you, we'll reset the 24-hour time frame so you have another chance to pick it up.
Is it possible to pick up my order earlier than my chosen Pick-up date and Time?
If you’d like to pick up your order earlier than your chosen time, we can certainly check if that’s possible! Just send us a message through Landers Interactive Assistance, and our Store Lead will review your request.
If it’s approved, please note that there might be a short wait of about 30 minutes to an hour while we make sure your items are picked and packed perfectly. Thanks for your understanding!
Can I change my order from Store Pickup to delivery?
Absolutely. To switch your order from Store Pickup to delivery, just drop us a message through Landers Interactive Assistance (LIA). Keep in mind there might be a small extra fee for the delivery service.
